Can't Send Email

Authentication Required

Enable SMTP authentication in your email client

  • • Check "My server requires authentication"
  • • Use same username/password as for incoming mail

Wrong SMTP Port

Try these port settings:

  • • Port 587 (recommended)
  • • Port 25 (may be blocked by some ISPs)
  • • Port 465 (SSL encrypted)

Blocked by ISP

Some ISPs block port 25. Contact us for alternative settings.

Can't Receive Email

Server Settings

Check your incoming mail server settings:

  • • POP3 server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • • IMAP server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • • Username: your full email address

Mailbox Full

Check if mailbox has reached quota:

  • • Delete old emails from server
  • • Configure client to delete after download
  • • Contact us to increase quota

Firewall/Antivirus

Temporarily disable firewall/antivirus to test connection.
