Many of our competitors are "Virtual" ISPs and do not own their own network infrastructure or IP addresses. They simply act as resellers for services provided by larger ISPs. Netservers is different.
Instead of reselling the ADSL/SDSL (xDSL) and FTTC ('super-fast broadband') products of other ISPs, we have developed our own. We do utilise BT's national xDSL infrastructure and new fibre-optic network (FTTC) infrastructure to connect to our customers, but we do not resell BT's product range, and we do not use the IP addresses or IP networks of other providers. This frees Netservers from the limitations of existing products and allows us to innovate.
Netservers are full RIPE members and are one of the UK's Local Internet Registries (LIRs). We have built our own Network in London's Dockland and are connected to multiple Tier-1 bandwidth providers.
